Customer Service Agent

Part Time

Laramie Regional Airport is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent (5–20 hours per week, evenings and weekends) to join the Cowboy Aviation Fixed Base Operation team. This role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience by greeting visitors, answering phones and questions, assisting with sales, and helping keep airport facilities clean and welcoming. Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public, with basic computer skills and a flexible schedule. Duties also include light administrative support and occasional outdoor work such as landscaping or snow shoveling. Pay is $15 per hour, and the position is open until filled.

Airport Operations Manager

Full Time

Under the supervision of the Airport Director, the Airport Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities concerned with operations, construction, and maintenance of airport facilities in accordance with Airport policy and governmental; This is a supervisory position where the Operations Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Airport’s policies, procedures, and applicable; Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training employees. The Operations Manager will plan, assign, evaluate, discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems. Performs related duties as required.
